Micro-Epsilon, headquartered in Ortenburg, Germany, has been manufacturing precision sensor technology for more than five decades.
The range covers displacement and distance sensors – eddy current, capacitive, laser, confocal and interferometers – 2D/3D laser profile scanners, infrared pyrometers, colour sensors, optical micrometers and measuring systems. Its displacement sensors reach resolutions in the sub-nanometre range.
Customers work in aerospace, automotive, battery production, semiconductors, machine building, automation and rail.
