About Optocraft

Optocraft develops and manufactures powerful measuring systems for optics and laser development.
Optocraft was founded in 2001 in Erlangen, Germany, by graduates of the chair of optics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, and has been part of the Micro-Epsilon group since 2018.
The company develops and manufactures Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensors and system solutions: SHSLab sensors for optical alignment, optics testing and laser beam characterisation, SHSInspect inspection systems, SHSInspect-CL systems for contact lens and intraocular lens testing, and the SHSWorks analysis software.
Its systems are used in precision and volume optics manufacturing, laser systems, ophthalmics, aerospace, automotive and medical technology.
