- Axle Drives With our balancing machines for front and rear axle transmissions, the measured unbalance is corrected by drilling into the drive flanges of the transmissions (welding optional). It is designed for field balancing of installed rotors. Safe access, suitable measurement points and a correction method are still required.
The specification lists two standard channels, a Multi-Channel upgrade to six channels, and laser-reference inputs. This does not establish six active vibration channels in every configuration; check upgrades and input allocation.
120–80000 rpm. This is rotor rotational speed, not the instrument sampling frequency.
Bearing-envelope analysis is documented in an optional analysis package. It is not automatically included in every base configuration.
Vector results, amplitude and phase, vibration at balancing steps and initial and final spectra. Reports can transfer to a computer through USB-C.
