The panel supports sound-intensity measurements with probe kit Type 3599. It also provides a third reference-signal input and a generator output for acoustic tests.
It has 3 input LEMO connectors with 7 pins, a 9-pin D-sub for probe remote control and a BNC generator output.
The panel fits 3160-A-042 and 3050-A-060, but the 3050 module must have a serial number above 3050-101213.
It adds a reference signal for selective sound-intensity measurements. The generator output can support acoustic-leak detection and vehicle-sealing investigations.
