No. Modules can operate individually, in frames, or distributed near measurement points. Channel count and system layout determine the arrangement.
The manufacturer describes Ethernet PTP sample synchronization. The network cable carries data and can also supply PoE power in the appropriate configuration.
No. The family includes input, input/output, bridge and CAN modules. Front-panel selection is part of configuration; similar connectors alone do not establish electrical compatibility.
The described modules have no fan, so they do not introduce fan noise near the measurement. Module placement and installation conditions still require planning.
No. The module table specifies input and output frequency ranges. These values must not be copied into a sampling-rate field without an explicit acquisition-rate specification for the selected configuration.
