Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our products and services

Use the DT6222 basic module and DL6222 demodulators for up to 4 measuring channels. Supported channel count does not mean that all modules are included. Each channel also needs a suitable sensor head and cable.

No. The 20 kHz value is the bandwidth at −3 dB. The table lists a maximum digital measuring rate of 3.906 kHz. Using that bandwidth through an analogue output requires a suitable DAQ and an assessment of the complete measurement chain.

The manufacturer lists ±0.1% FSO linearity for the controller with DL6222. This is not the combined sensor-and-controller linearity; the manufacturer requires adding the sensor contribution on the same range basis.

The specification lists Ethernet and IP40 protection. Analogue 0–10 V and 4–20 mA outputs are listed separately. Select the acquisition path explicitly; an analogue connection does not make the output EtherCAT or PROFINET.
