Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
DT6238 uses DL6228 demodulators. The manufacturer recommends this combination for CSE-x/HT high-temperature sensors and lists general compatibility with all capaNCDT sensors. The HT recommendation is not a restriction to HT sensors only.
DT6238 lists Ethernet and EtherCAT. Select the basic-module model for the required communication, and the number of DL6228 modules for the required measuring channels, up to 4 channels. A supported channel is not necessarily an installed channel.
The table lists a maximum digital measuring rate of 3.906 kHz and an analogue bandwidth of 1 kHz, switchable to 20 Hz. These are separate parameters; filter and bandwidth selection also affect noise and resolution conditions.
The listed linearity below ±0.05% FSO applies to the controller only; add the sensor contribution. IP40 is the controller protection class, not a temperature or ingress rating for the sensor head, cable or complete assembly.
