No. The 0.1 mm model columns have no thickness-linearity value. Do not substitute distance linearity or assign unsupported thickness performance.

No. The standard table specifies +5 to +70°C. A 200°C environment requires the dedicated HT/VAC family and its own specifications and accessories.
