Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
Digital update is 10 kHz and analog update 80 kHz. Frequency response is adjustable up to 5 kHz; update rate is not bandwidth.
The <±0.2% FSO specification requires three-point linearization. Match linearization to the head, target material and installation.
No. Specifications distinguish 0.004% FSO at 20 Hz from 0.01% FSO at 5 kHz. Use the appropriate filter and dynamic conditions.
Controller operation is −20 to 105°C. Heads are selected separately; up to 200°C applies to particular heads, not every complete system.
RS485 is onboard. USB, Ethernet and industrial protocols need the appropriate interface module, plus matching power/signal and sensor cables.
