Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
Analog versions use P for potentiometer, U for voltage and I for current. The listed digital versions use CANopen with a five-pin M12 connector. These are separate model options.
No. The 2300, 3500 and 5000 mm ranges respectively specify linearity limits of ±0.15%, ±0.3% and ±0.4% FSO. Retain the range and model association.
No. The table specifies IP65, with IP67 available on request. Connector-version protection requires a mated plug. Keep the ordered option separate from the standard model.
The standard range is −20 to +80°C. An extended −40 to +85°C range is available on request and is not automatic for every model.
The catalogue specifies approximately 7g maximum wire acceleration, 9 N maximum extension force and 4 N minimum retraction force. Match these alongside range and output.
