Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
The manufacturer table rates MP as IP65 and MPW as IP67. Both families list 100, 300, 500 and 1000 mm ranges; equal measurement ranges do not make their model identities interchangeable.
The listed models have a potentiometer output and a 1 m integral axial C cable. An external measuring component must not turn those models into built-in voltage or current versions in the catalogue.
The MP/MPW table specifies approximately 30g maximum wire acceleration. Also check extension and retraction forces for the selected range.
The 100 mm range specifies ±0.5% FSO, 300 mm ±0.25% FSO, and 500 and 1000 mm ±0.1% FSO. Compare the complete model.
Yes. It specifies a 180°/360° rotatable mounting flange and an M4 threaded wire attachment. The operating temperature range is −20 to +80°C.
