Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
The accessory table lists PS2020 with 100–240 VAC input and 24 VDC output up to 2.5 A, for DIN-rail mounting. Check the controller and connected load as part of system selection.
No. Current capacity, polarity and connection must also match. The accessory tables identify supplies and power cables separately, so check both.
No. capaNCDT lists SCAC power/signal cables and CAx preamplifier connection cables, for example. These serve different positions in the system.
Do not assume so. Identify the chosen head, controller and accessory connections and their power cables. Use the system connection diagram rather than nominal voltage alone.
Operation requires a compatible power source. A separate supply is needed when the installation lacks a suitable source or the selected arrangement specifies a dedicated supply. Distinguish the need for power from the need to buy another supply.
