Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our products and services

The rotor contains the measuring body, strain gauges and transmitting electronics. The stator receives and conditions the signal and provides output connections. They are two system components.

No. The stator datasheet specifies 160 kHz sampling and bandwidth up to 15 kHz at −3 dB. Keep the two definitions separate.

The stator includes a web server for parameters and signal plotting. Integrating data into a measurement application still requires the appropriate output interface and processing environment.

Yes. The manual describes static and dynamic torque measurement on stationary and rotating shafts. Suitability still depends on rotor, capacity and installation conditions.

Contactless energy and signal transmission require appropriate alignment. The manual provides alignment indication and positioning instructions; mechanical assembly alone is insufficient.
