Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
The manual specifies ±5 V voltage and 10±8 mA current outputs. Do not automatically relabel them as 0–10 V or 4–20 mA.
The manual states that couplings and transducer are delivered separately. Select the coupling and installation instructions for shaft dimensions and load limits.
Yes. The manual permits different orientations. Vertical or angled arrangements require support for additional elements and compliance with axial-load and bending-moment limits.
No. Follow both coupling limits and the transducer’s longitudinal-force, lateral-force and bending-moment limits.
Use a shielded, low-capacitance cable, maintain stable connections and sound insulation, and implement shielding according to manufacturer instructions. Do not run the measuring cable parallel to power and control cables without the appropriate separation and protection.
