AS-477 offers high 500 mV/g sensitivity and a 10 g peak range, supporting slowly rotating machines, gearboxes and large fans.
The specification defines 0.7 Hz to 5 kHz at ±5%, or 0.2 Hz to 14 kHz at ±3 dB. Select for machine frequencies and required response tolerance.
It has an M12 connector and requires 2–10 mA constant current. AC-1403 is a straight cable and AC-1404 is angled, to suit installation space.
Yes. IP67/IP68 is documented only with AC-1403 or AC-1404. Retain that connection condition when presenting system ingress protection.
The sensor is specified from −50 to +120 °C. With AC-140… cables, the stated range is −30 to +90 °C, so system selection must also account for the cable.
