It serves vibration monitoring on rotating machinery such as gearboxes and fans. Nominal sensitivity is 100 mV/g and measuring range is 60 g peak.
Use a 2–10 mA constant-current input. On its four-pin M12 connector, pin 1 carries signal and power and pin 2 is the return; pins 3 and 4 are unconnected.
IP68 is specified for 2 hours at 5 bar and only with cable AC-1403 or AC-1404. The rating applies to the documented sensor-and-cable combination.
The sensor is specified from −55 to +125 °C, but the stated range with AC-140… cables is −30 to +90 °C. Select for the limiting chain component.
The 1.5 Hz to 10 kHz band is specified at ±10%, and 0.5 Hz to 13 kHz at ±3 dB. Its typical 30 kHz resonance is not the usable measurement band.
