The manual lists EL2075-S and EL2157-S as sensor cable accessories. These are two-core, shielded and armoured cables with ETFE insulation.
EL2075-S is documented down to −40 °C and EL2157-S down to −55 °C. The manual requires heat resistance of at least 130 °C.
Total sensor-and-EL2-cable capacitance increases with length. Use the exact combination table to check compatibility with the intrinsically safe circuit.
Provide mechanical and electrical protection. Bond metallic protective tubing as instructed and preserve approved cable-transition conditions between hazardous zones.
No. The instructions describe constant-current supply, nominally 4 mA, with signal and supply sharing the connection. Use an input and supply appropriate to this sensor; wire count does not make it a 4–20 mA process transmitter.
