It is an electrodynamic velocity sensor for absolute bearing-housing vibration. The model is intended for horizontal measurement within the specified mounting-angle limits.
The specified working band is 10–2000 Hz and maximum admissible vibration displacement is ±0.45 mm. Natural frequency is not the measurement-band limit.
No. It is an electrodynamic sensor operating as a generator without auxiliary energy. Match the acquisition input and its loading to the sensor output and specifications.
The series is documented with ATEX and IECEx approvals, subject to the exact marking and certificate conditions. The cable end must be outside the hazardous area or protected by a recognized protection method, as instructed.
The specification lists IP66 and a hermetically sealed stainless-steel housing. For hazardous-area installation, follow the certificate ambient-temperature limits and conditions rather than relying only on the general working-temperature range.
