It is an electrodynamic sensor for absolute bearing-housing vibration velocity, suitable for horizontal or vertical installation within the illustrated mounting limits.
For serial number 31001 onwards, sensitivity is 75 mV/(mm/s) at ±5% at the 80 Hz reference frequency. Internal impedance is 3.2 kΩ at ±5%.
The specification defines a BNC connector and a maximum signal-cable length of 200 m. Match the instrument input to the electrodynamic velocity-sensor signal.
Its documented ingress protection is IP44. It should not be represented as immersion-proof; operating temperature is −40 to +80 °C.
Maximum admissible vibration displacement is ±1 mm. Central fixing uses an M8 stud or the illustrated adapter, with the tightening torque appropriate to that thread.
