It is an electrodynamic sensor for absolute bearing-housing vibration velocity in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The manufacturer also specifies underwater use.
The specification states IP68, a maximum immersion depth of 50 m and maximum pressure resistance of 5 bar. Retain the documented cable and installation conditions.
Underwater operation is specified from −20 to +50 °C; above water it is −20 to +70 °C. The above-water limit does not extend the immersion rating.
The housing is stainless steel 1.4571. It has a shielded 50 m PUR cable with open ends. For a particular liquid, check both housing-material and cable resistance.
At the 80 Hz reference frequency, the 75 mV/(mm/s) base value is multiplied by load resistance divided by the sum of load resistance and 3 kΩ. Account for acquisition-input resistance.
