For load-distribution analysis, corner balancing and fault identification. DISOBOX Plus is an example that digitizes and monitors individual load-cell signals.
Not always. Qlar describes upgrading existing analog scales with DISOBOX Plus. Compatibility of the load cells, electronics and control system still needs checking.
The load-cell signal is converted and processed before weight is displayed. Qlar notes that A/D converters influence evaluation-electronics accuracy. Select the complete measurement chain rather than inferring system accuracy from the load cell alone.
DISOBOX Plus transfers digital signals over a fieldbus and can be integrated with DISOMAT evaluation devices, PC-based systems or PLCs. Verify the selected communication interface and control configuration.
Yes. Qlar lists wheel-load and centre-of-gravity applications. These require planned weighing points and individual cell readings; a total-weight display alone does not describe the load distribution.
Assess the complete weighing system and approved configuration. Qlar describes legal-for-trade DISOBOX Plus systems with suitable evaluation devices or software. Approval of one component does not automatically approve every assembly.
