CSW is a piezoelectric shear-force washer. Its ring shape does not establish an axial compression measurement function.
The manufacturer identifies parallel sensor connection for a measuring platform. Distinguish summed signals from independent acquisition of each sensor.
No. The table separates 1, 2, 3, 4.5 and 8 kN versions with different dimensions. Nominal-force selection also requires mechanical fit.
The datasheet specifies IP65 and corrosion-resistant materials. Select the remaining charge-chain components for the system environment.
The manufacturer requires calibration in the installed arrangement. A typical table sensitivity does not replace calibration of the washer in the structure and intended preload conditions. Record the actual configuration conversion factor in the charge amplifier or acquisition system.
