It is an ultra-miniature triaxial CCLD sensor for small structures and confined spaces, including drop-shock tests on circuit boards and consumer electronics.
6801-A-001 weighs 0.8 g and its case is connected to signal ground. 6801-I-003 weighs 1.84 g and provides case isolation, useful where ground loops are a concern.
They use adhesive mounting and an integral 0.9 m cable terminating in a 4-pin connector. Connect them to suitable CCLD inputs.
The upper limit is 6 kHz at ±5% tolerance and 10 kHz at ±10%. The lower limit varies by version, so use the model-specific table.
No. 6801-A-001 is specified from −55 to +160 °C, while 6801-I-003 is specified from −51 to +121 °C.
