Answers to the most common questions about our products and services
Match signal type, channel count, frequency range and sensor conditioning. For example, LAN-XI includes CCLD, bridge and CAN modules serving different roles.
No. Some LAN-XI modules require a charge-to-CCLD converter for charge sensors, while IEPE/CCLD uses suitable constant-current conditioning. Check the complete electrical chain.
Select a configuration supporting both signal types. For example, LAN-XI 3056 combines sound/vibration inputs with high-speed tacho and auxiliary channels.
A distributed architecture can shorten transducer cables. The LAN-XI example uses Ethernet and PTP synchronization; power and network requirements must also be planned.
No. In the reviewed datasheet, Notar memory-card recording is not supported by 3057-B-030. For 3056, auxiliary and high-speed tacho signals are not supported. Check the module, firmware and required channels before selecting stand-alone recording.
LAN-XI provides channel indicators and Front-end Setup diagnostic and verification tools. The described tools check items including electrical noise, distortion and input ranges. These assess the electronics; also check mechanical mounting and transducer condition separately.
